The abrupt suspension of my account has caused significant distress and inconvenience, not to mention the potential loss of access to a decade's worth of personal and professional interactions.

Moreover, the lack of response to my appeals further adds to the frustration and sense of injustice. Loose my hair by using Miracle pride

in Spain. I have encountered several issues that require immediate attention and resolution.

Wirex Digital D.o.o. offers its financial services in Spain with a Spanish end-user interface, but there is a significant lack of information provided in Spanish, including the Terms & Conditions and email communications and notifications. Despite the Spanish interface, the absence of understandable communications in Spanish has caused considerable distress.

Furthermore, the published phone number for customer support is not operative, making it impossible to get in touch directly.

Additionally, attempts to communicate with customer support agents via email have been unsuccessful, as they do not understand Spanish, and relying on translation tools like Google Translate has proven challenging.

To exacerbate matters, I have not received any email communication providing details about storage fees or transaction movement reports. It is crucial for customers to be informed about their account activities, and the lack of these notifications is highly distressing.

Most importantly, I have been charged several storage fees without receiving any personal Spanish notices or communications. According to the terms and conditions, customers should be informed before such charges are applied. The absence of understandable notifications has resulted in the unexpected removal of my entire savings after 18 months due to an allegedly abusive storage fee, and I have been unable to discuss this matter in Spanish due to the lack of commitment to Spanish-speaking users in your terms and conditions.

In addition, the continuous receipt of English emails to my Gmail account, which I do not understand as a non-English speaker, adds to the frustration.

I urgently request a thorough investigation into this matter and a swift resolution.

Please provide all necessary information and transaction movement reports related to my account. Moreover, it is imperative to improve your customer service accessibility for Spanish-speaking users.

Warranty refund fraud

The issue is I purchased a 100.00 dollar Google Play Store gift card, the Google support staff will not redeem it for me and these cards are non-refundable at the CVS or any store you buy these cards from, after scratching the card off and attempting to redeem it, the Google system sent me to fill out a form for more proof of my purchase, I provided a picture of the receipt and the card exactly as the form requested numerous times throughout the 2 months they keep requesting me to do so. This whole situation has dragged out for 2 almost 3 months now, and I have been denied over and over, and I appealed this over and over during these past 2 months, they keep denying my card, someone on their staff lied to me and keeps telling me there's something wrong with the card they also lied in emailed claiming they spoke with my bank that has absolutely nothing to do with redeeming a Google gift card, they claim my bank informed them I have fraud on my bank account, I contacted my bank, and my bank denied the whole accusation, saying they can't give information about my bank statements to anyone without me on the phone, I am being lied to as to why they won't redeem my card, other times they tell me I have inconsistencies on my Google account and that's not true because it is they're system that always directs me to do the form anytime I try to redeem a gift card on my Google account they won't refund me and they won't redeem my 100.00 dollar gift card. This is all I want is for the Google support team to redeem my card, unblock my account and let me use what I paid for otherwise this card is worth absolutely nothing I cannot redeem it anywhere else, only at Google on Google accounts, I can not take it back to the store even though I have the receipt because the stores or anywhere you buy these from are third party sellers, as the supervisor of the CVS store I bought the card from says " the money that's payed for these cards goes straight to Google as soon as they are paid for".

who been communicating FELONY bank fraud with my account.

Seem like they were more active on May 6, 2023 Chick a fala, Bath and Body works, Target, Starbucks, Apple, Temu, Gas station.

Stolen over 300.00 out of my account.

Bank informed me to file a police report.

I did that police report was done immediately

after I got off the phone with bank representative.

I filed police report.

That police report is " T230**** on May 8th 2022 Time:11:10

The representative said he would file claim.

No claim was file but new bank card was issued.

If I never spoken to anyone on May 08, 2023. Why would the bank issue me a new bank card?

Close out the card ending in 8442.

Now when people goes into to look at my bank statement account.

None of these transactions are showing up on paper.

No notes about the incident were written. Very suspicious.

This is very vital to a person bank account.

Now no records showing or notes.

Weird. So now it appears as if.

I was just over drafting on my account for the *** of.

The way CJ from their Fraud department put it.

Argument with me the customer about my account.

The representative on the May 8, 2023 phone call informed me that.

This money will go bankrupt into my account. Because I explained to him. I'm at a hotel out of town. I need to stay a couple of days.

He said. I should be okay. The money going back into my account will cover overdraft.

The bank never refunded me the money

All of a sudden.

The can't find those transactions. No note were ever taken on my account.

Now I'm threaten to be in check system. That money never got replaced to cover overdraft. I got 200.0 in overdraft coverage.

So even if I stayed at the hotel with AARP discount at 69.00 some 80.00

Take the more larger amount sum of 80×3 =240.00

My negative balance was 400.00

all my direct deposit been going to this account.

It's paid down to -331.00

If that money was refunded bank from the bank.

I wouldn't be in the negative zone.

On July 06,2023 going put it in check system.

I let them know work is slow.

But all amount I get is direct deposit.

Which been paying down the account slowly.

Overdraft cuts you off once you reach your limit.

Why would the bank let me overdraft 400 or 300.00 dollars?

It block your card from anymore transaction being made.

This is where statement transactions now are being shown in records.

Like inside bank cover up record. Alter records.

No transaction can be found.

The bank never have to refund money back to me

and I even up paying back extra money that hackers stole

from me in the first place if that make bank fraud sense.

If I have overdraft protection.

Why would I commit FRAUD AGAINST MY OWN ACCOUNT ?
