On March 29, 2025, I purchased a course from Domestika for $0.99 USD, expecting a one-time payment.
Without clear consent or transparent disclosure, I was subsequently charged $299 USD for an annual Domestika Plus subscription.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Domestikas customer support, I received no response or was denied a refund, citing their Terms of Use. I believe these practicesmisleading advertising, unauthorized charges, and non-responsive customer servicemay constitute consumer fraud and unfair business practices.
Further research revealed widespread complaints against Domestika, including a Change.org petition with over 12,000 signatures, more than 6,600 Trustpilot reviews averaging 1.7 stars, and an F rating on bbb.org. Hello. My name is Brenda Courtney and I'm a tenet at Safestay ttiny homes on Florin rd.
I've been trying to keep a reasonable pace on my progress to obtain a permanent place to live. Its very difficult when it takes weeks to get assigned a case worker just to find out by hear say he was let go 2weeks later. Then another 3eeeks to be assigned another. And our weekly meetings were rescheduled by the case worker twice, out sick , and after we did meet to discuse what i need to move foward was never done.
And this is how its gone sense. I have repeatedly asked for a voucher to get my birth certificate among other important issues. Nothing has been done by the case manager to this day. Now I've been givien til june 1 2025 to leave with no where to go and o help in placing me.
Im 64 years old and to put me out on the streets when I've worked hard and so close to qualifing for a place is just wrong. I dont believe i can survive it. I wrote a request for a 60/90 day extension but haven't heard back from managment or czse manager. Im running out of time and am asking for a avocate to help approve my extension.

Dear Attorney General Bonta,
My aunt, Mollie Juanita Roberts, passed away on July 7, 2024, at her residence, The Carlotta Ivy Signature, 41505 Carlotta Drive, Apt 256, Palm Desert, CA 92211. I, Bonita J. Leavell, am her niece and trustee of her estate.
My cousin and I thoroughly cleaned and moved out of the complex on August 2, 2024. I have since returned to Michigan. The building manager, Frances, had all of the documentation I am sending to you and more. Dwan Finney, my aunt's nephew, spoke to Frances, as did I, about the return of the deposit for the complex. She (Frances) told him she was not going to return the deposit to the estate or to me until she rented out the apartment my aunt had occupied.
I call The Carlotta every day to ascertain how much money and when it will be returned to me or the estate. Neither Frances nor The Carlotta will return my calls to discuss this matter.
Please help me to obtain all the money from my aunt's stay at The Carlotta.

Over a year later and still no resolution
I purchased hearing aids over a year ago from Bossa Hearing. They didn't work for me, so I returned them.
They sent me an email stating that they received them back on 03/13/2023. As of this date, I still have not received my refund of $136.47, despite emails requesting a refund and only getting one excuse after another. Besides the emails, I did call the company and was informed that it would be taken care of immediately. However, it still hasn't happened.
I just don't know what to do to resolve this.
I have done everything that I could think of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am owner of Legacy Continental Transportation and financed couple of truck tractors with them. Everything was good with Truck 1 but Paccar created 2 accounts for the same VIN of Truck 2.
In June 2024, I got a call from Paccar that the payments are missing for Truck 2. When I confirmed with them by giving the VIN Number, they admitted to accidentally creating 2 accounts for Truck 2. My payments were up to date on Truck 1 till now. Truck 1 was auto pay but they didnt deducted the payment for July.
My last payment went through successfully for Truck 2 in April. In May they take out 3 payments from my account and somehow all 3 got returned(2 due to low funds as I wasnt expecting 3 payments and 1 payment got returned for unknown reasons to me). When I called on July 9th for the June payment, they admitted the IT department havent fixed the duplicate account issue and refused to take the payment until issue is resaolved to avoid confusion I guess. I spoke to them again on 12th July and no one told me about missing payments or accepted new payments.
Then they repossessed without any notice of late payment, the Truck 2 on July 19th and Truck 1 on July 23rd. They also gave us the late payment amount of close to $15000 on July 23rd and when I tried to make payment on July 24th, Paccar told me now I have make full payment of trucks to get them out of Repo.
